3. Print out, complete, and send the indicated forms per instructions.
4. Receive Account approval from Candym representative
5. Go to www.Shopzio.com and Register
6. Shopzio will send you an activation email.
7. Activate Shopzio Account and Log In
8. Select Candym logo to request access
9. Receive Access Granted email (next day)
10. Log in to Shopzio and select Candym logo
11. Select Primitives by Kathy and begin shopping!
