As Primitives by Kathy approaches 30 years in the gift and home décor industry, it was important for me to not only reflect on our success but also decide how we move forward. This led me to think about our relationship with our customers and how I can further strengthen our partnership with each of you.

In recent years, we have partnered with OneCoast as an external sales representative. Moving forward, we are shifting to support you more consistently and efficiently through a direct sales team.

I am excited to share that Primitives by Kathy has built a new internal Independent Account Specialist team. This structure represents five regions of the US, with a focus on more personalized support based on your business and local market trends.

I understand — relationships matter. Although your point of contact may change, our new Account Specialists have been preparing for this role. Their energy and product knowledge position us to provide an even higher level of service, and we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible with no disruption to your service, orders, or experience.
